I rarely respond to these threads because of how much pages there are, but I'll just respond to this one because why not.
I think you can simply reinvent this hat by making it some sort of event item, given to the winners of the event in question. The event could possibly be announced with the release of the new client.
Another idea I have is maybe it could be some sort of exclusive for important staff positions on Brick Hill, given the fact it's a very similar color to the Staff role on the Discord server.
One final idea I have for this item is maybe it can be given to players who help on official Brick Hill events. For example, the Egg Hunt. Any person who helps with one of these events can be granted this hat as a personal "thank you".
