needs an updated kitchen, paint, carpetening, updated bathrooms (the bathroom downstairs literally has exposed pipes, no proper ceiling basically) tiling downstairs its concrete rn, and lots more shit

we fixed the flooding problem and the upstairs bathroom is halfway updated yayyyy but now theres a like massive hole in my parents bedroom wall (you cant see through it but i has exposed pipes)
