The overall model is very simple but it’s a decent place to start.
As for this whole argument on which is the better 3D modeling software, Blender > Roblox Studio but it’s really up to you. Blender is free and has loads of documentation and tutorials so if you really want to get into modeling it’s a good software to use.
Roblox is good but it’s very limited in terms of modeling so you’re better off to just import from Blender.
