But brick hill own not just the look, they have partial owner ship of everything you upload, including both the look & actual characters of an name, meaning your account looked like their property, allowing them to ban you as impersonation. Also, when you sign up, it states in the TOS that they can do whatever to your account.

i made the account because it was cool and everyone knew i was trolling since earlier in the week i was acting like i hacked everyone

Brick Hill owned the rights to ban you for impersonating their property. You stole the look of an name. This is allowed to be banned for. Brick Hill does not want impersonation of their property.

Can y’all shut up? Brick hill has the rights to suspend any account if they feel like it (whether it is for inspection or just a simple spam). Also, if you read the fucking TOS (and not the forum rules) you’d clearly see:
“You, the user, are responsible for your own site experience. Do not impersonate other users, and report any content that you find offensive or that which directly abuses these Terms.”
