I know the fake Leon was banned, I was in a thread about that. I read the TOS and nothing directly send the message that accounts with names that look identical can be punished.

But thinking about it, impersonation is technically identity fraud, making it potentially illegal.

Alfons, I know it isn't directly stated in either the rules or TOS, but impersonation on a level where it looks next to identical could technically be considered identity fraud and is illegal
