so for the past month I have been trying to get one of my old accounts, Movie Theater back, I looked through my email and I don't see any verification email for the account, so it looks like I didn't verify it

if you didn't add an email, you'd have to show proof that you owned the account (ex. screenshots or smth)
if you don't have proof gl getting the account back
(happened to me trying to get my old account DVD back)

If you really don't have any proof, you can ask space to see if the ips match on the discord server
