Yep, I feel awards is an underused thing. There is so much potential that could keep people active if there were new and interesting awards to earn.

Yeah it would really make users really active at achieving an award that is hard to get. Another award idea that came to my mind is an award that is granted to people who win the brick hill awards that is included with whatever category you win. (im talking about the badge on the front of your profile, not an item)
