Now if you don't know who Fast Eddie is, he is the CEO of Kmart and Sears, he does a pretty bad job at being a CEO since he's closing stores and making the company go bankrupt.
1. Be a "genius", buy companies that recently went bankrupt like Kmart, then merge them with struggling companies like Sears!

3. Steal money from the company
4. Try to save it but just keep closing stores
