I like how it acknowledges more clearly actions that violate the terms through the use of alt accounts than the previous iterations of the ToS (buying Special E. items with alts before the stock runs out, sockpuppeting and pre-emptive trading of Specials to alts in case of a guaranteed ban/termination).
Also there's a grammar mistake at section 3; it should be "moderate" instead of "moderator":
