In case you don't know, I just made a forum post here explaining to you all that the Halo event grand prize hat doesn't show up in-game for me and how it is making me sad. this is a known issue, but wont be fixed
the reasoning being the new client could release at any time, and the staff arent willing to put in the work to fixing something that is ultimately a worthless issue for a soon to be outdated software
