Hello. I have just won the brand prize from the Halo event that is going on right now and I was super excited to join a game and see a angel ring appear above my head, but, for some reason, the Halo hat didn't show up. I joined multiple games on Brick Hill and the hat didn't appear on either of them. I first thought it didn't show up because I had a outdated client version, so I went to the "Download" page and I saw that it was still the same version number, I am now sad because I spent of time getting that brand prize because it was the first event I had participated in on Brick Hill. If any of you are experiencing the same problem that I am having, then feel free to reply back.
