Strange membership glitch

Yesterday, I tried to buy Ace membership, but the payment couldn't go through. However, the website registered I DID pay for membership and didn't allow me to try and purchase it again.

About 24 hours later, I was able to purchase membership again. Once again however, the payment still didn't go through and the website still thinks I have membership. What do I do?

Obviously something about your payment isn’t going through because you aren’t receiving items or a badge

Yeah, but the website registered that I payed for membership, because when I go to try and buy it again it says "You already have a membership!"

1, email help@brick-hill.com to cancel your membership early (you will have needed to press the cancel membership button first)

2, Press cancel membership and wait for the beginning of the next month.

If you already did these and it isn't working, I'm sorry but I don't know what to do otherwise.

I have already emailed and ameairinf a response

When I click cancel membership it says I have no membership to be canceled.
