La Monica is based in south california, lots of rich folks live in La Monica, it's known for it's bizarre building designs, builders, and most importantly money, this place has lot's of crime though and that's what makes it truly famous it's usually hot down in La Monica and people can't take the heat sometimes, it has a very desert terrain and has a few popular stores like bars, clothing, and gambling, lot's of people go to la monica to gamble and make money usually and that's why it's so rich.

La Monica's city owner named it la monica because his grandmother was named monica and passed away due to cancer, he wanted to respect her in someway and did so.
