I've been thinking about upgrading my really cheap specials, and I've been looking at possibly upgrading them into a striped party hat. It's selling above it's current value, however the demand hasn't been updated in almost 9 months, and I can't tell whether it's being sold a lot or not.

Overall it's a pretty forgotten item. Probably one of the worst demanded specials if I'm being honest with you.

I guess that makes sense considering the fact that the price chart doesn't have a lot of dots on it for a nearly 1 year old item.

Try to find some 14 year old nooby person to trade it to so you can at least get a little bit of profit from it.
