Yes, they've said it time and time again

they will have a developer mode where you host it yourself (more features come with it, and if brick-hill goes down for a while, your game will still run uninterrupted)

and a visitor mode where they host it for you (less features, less freedom, if brick-hill goes down so does the game, easier to use, doesn't require hosting yourself)
