you dont gotta apologize, i dont think it really changes anything just try not to get banned 4+ times within the span of 1 month or within 1 month of each other, you wont get any large punishment like termination unless you have a very long ban history like 40-50+ which i think is unfair since some of the bans are ones that happened like over a year ago in some cases but im not entirely sure about the banning process
just dont sweat it ig its just 1 small ban but be careful
