I had the problem with roblox and changing the way the video was exported seemed to fix it.
I set my encoder to x264 and that solved some of my problems, so I’d suggest trying to do that . When I get back into my pc I can try and help you. just dm me on discord or here and I could prob help

if its too high you probably have to much things running in the background
perhaps also i just downloaded it lol

Yeah try closing anything running in the background. Obs uses your gpu so anything else eating it up will cause obs to sacrifice quality. You can fix this by running obs as an administrator (which would prioritize obs over other applications iirc )
