The arrows random;y dissapered when I was building can someone help?

How do you rotate bricks?Like seriously I don't know how to rotate the bricks,I know how to size them,move them etc.EXCEPT FOR MOVING THEM?

Yeah,you see at the top of the workshop dashboard thingy,there should be these 2 arrows in the shape of a loading sign,don't press that,but press the others(whatever ones you need)

sorry i forgot to say,on the left of the arrow thingy,there should be 2 buttons,use them.
