You sending that trade to LipestoaW is your mistake.
LipestoaW would have no idea it being a mistake.
You saying that he's a scammer because he accepted a trade you send, which was your mistake, your fault.
He won't just randomly give the stuff back over your mistake that probably could have been avoided with a message informing it. (Not sure if LipestoaW has his messages open for everyone)
Now he surely won't return the items if you're going out there saying that he scammed you while its obvious that he didn't and it was your fault.

Its pretty much an excuse at this point.
