How to use Brick-Hill forum emojis?

Recently I've seeing threads in the forums that have these smiley faces on the posts. I don't what these are, I don't know if they're gone or not and I don't know how to use them. If you know what these are and how to use them, reply to this thread and give me some info. Any help is appreicated to let me know what these are.

You need to remove the spaces inbetween them for them to work.
