I like the fact that they use javascript, it has some of the features that a traditional programming language has like a switch statement but just finding the docs for making a game is just out of the bloom in here and giving me the link for it will be well-appreciated.

Well you download Node Hill in the documentation for it.
Unless you mean JavaScript documentations which i don't know any but a google search can help
