I never understood naming myself after video games, especially ones within a series because that character you name yourself after is likely going to lose relevance. There are exceptions though, such as master chief, Gordon freeman, tracer, or any other pop culture characters that have ascended past their games and just become a cultural icon where they’re basically recognizable but for the most part you don’t see people naming themselves agent coomer from half life
