I had an account called solarous i had many items and even bought the royal membership and one day (Yesterday) I decided to get back into it. Next thing I know I can't login. Please help me I already tried the email thing but It doesn't work. Can someone reset the password and help me. Daddy Long Neck#2022

How do I show proof. Giving them an old password? Or an old email tied to the account.

Can you still access the email???

If so then you could use the password reset feature to send an email to that address. Then you could manually change the password to one you’d remember

If they're able to, they could use a method that Roblox uses, in which they verify your billing information to make sure that your the actual account owner.

Since you bought membership on that account, I think they can cover it. I've had the exact same issue but on Roblox a few days ago, and we used that method to get my account back, so I think that it also works here.
