Seems like Galia has gone to acquire some milk, so I'm stepping in to make the new time capsule since it's been more than a month since the last post (I swear the necrobumping limit was 2 months, the bastards). Hopefully they'll be back soon!

The Aftermath hasn't started yet, and no new blog posts either. We'll see, I guess.

For those unaware, here's why the site was down (part 1 of 2):

All mods got laid-off, which meant most things that required moderation weren't able to be used (except for the forums, which could be used by people who paid in some way). This lead to the site essentially being in limbo, while everyone waited to see what would happen. 2008 (who previously worked for BH I believe) said that the site would go offline near the end of August due to AWS (who hosts the site) not being paid for several months. This is all happening because (as explained in the blog post), contact with Spacebuilder was lost, and so the arranged ownership transition was unable to be competed. 2008 turns out to be right, and the site goes offline.

Part 2:

Shortly after the site goes down, a post is made in the discord by the official BH discord account that says that BH isn't permanently down, and that the server has been archived (with details on how to access the archive). A week or 2 later Spacebuilder makes a long announcement basically detailing he's negotiating with the remaining team and such. Soon after, the site is back up as a 404 page, and then a maintenance page. Then, a few days later, it's fully back.
