They are very unpredictable when recovering accounts. What I have found that works is be really nice even though you secretly hate them and give as much information as possible. If you never set an email, theres not much hope.

Give information that only the account holder such as you would know, for example. I usually give email(s) that I thought I had used on the account if you changed it and explain that you don't have access to or don't know the email. Try not to demand the email just ask for a hint. Something along those lines. To make it a little convincing include some of your recent games or activity or phone numbers, past usernames, etc.

Good luck. They work sometimes or they will never respond.
