tl;dr release updates earlier, and make simple quality of life updates for the community for the meantime

Not saying, you should rush it, but at least make it earlier considering the status of the site since that "incident",
constant large updates would maintain the site and the game alive.

The new client has a long way to finish, and It's fine, we can wait. But please give us an upgrade to our legacy client, like optimization, better render, and even visual animations to make the game experience more alive, simple updates like would mean something rather than just blogging the updates and not releasing until next year or so. I appreciate your passion on this and want to deliver the update as polished as possible, but as I said earlier, giving small but significant updates would definitely keep the game alive,

the legacy client was written in a 2D Game engine
I don't think they can add anything good

thats why we need the new client

or just use a 3rd party client
