extract the zip file
run the INSTALL.bat
in minecraft save your build with the structure block
when you save it the nbt should appear in %appdata%.minecraft\saves[WORLD NAME]\generated\minecraft\structures
copy paste the .nbt from there to the nbt folder
run the run.bat and enter the settings that will be prompted
