I have gone through and restored every compromised account that I was made aware of. If your account is still locked then contact me in order to access to it, and if your account has not been restored then report it to me immediately.

Every moderator on Brick Hill has been made aware of the recent incidents regarding account theft, and after an investigation we have determined that these accounts are being compromised primarily via an "rbx.rocks" database leak, and thus it is beyond our control.

Make sure that your account has a secure and unique password. Make sure that you have a verified and up-to-date email address. Make sure that you have enabled Two-factor authentication on your account.

It is your responsibility to secure your own accounts. We are under no obligation to restore any account that is compromised, we only do this out of courtesy.
