until the fetus leaves the woman, it is a part of her body. while it is still in her, she can have it removed whenever she wants. when she has it removed, it is merely a clump of useless dependent cells
and also when you say the baby COULD be a valuable member of society, who do you expect to raise the child to become a valuable member of society? not the mother, she doesn't want it. the orphanage may not want the child too since it will be too full of other mothers' unwanted children. why have the baby when no one will raise it?

we could set up government institutions/ private institutions, as well as teach women not to spread their legs without the guy having a condom on so they... you know... dont get pregnant
