I don't really understand why people care what genitals a person has not worth the time
it is physically impossible for transgenderism to occur
you will always be your birth gender, as gender is decided by XX/XY cromosomes

You mean sex? You are using the term gender wrong. Gender is to describe feminine or masculinity features. Chromosomes does matter to determine what sex a person is at birth. However, a transgender brain is similar to a female or male. This is what makes them want to be a specific sex. So instead of contributing to their suicide rate we should allow them to transition.
