Hello there! sorry for the late reply but next time please make sure you check any free models if they have viruses in it if you ever add them into your game, and also make sure you did not download any untrusted plugins as these stuff are really dangerous and will try to get your account ban. If you did none of the following then I am not to sure about your situation, you might need to seek help from Roblox staff members because some of them do help if your lucky.
