I don't have a Mac so I don't really know. The process would be similar, but you still need to register the brickhill.legacy protocol, which is quite simple on Linux.

i can try it for you later if i can get my old mac to boot up

People have tried before, you can easily install Wine on MacOS, but registering brickhill.legacy is something I don't know how to do.
