The first training session is pushups, planks, Jumping jacks, boxing, sky diving, and that's it, soldiers!

The second training session is Run 30 laps, swim with not moving any army move your body, shooting practice, sit up, boxing, sky diving, and that's it, soldiers!

The third training session is a Hard obstacle course, Jump off a 40FT tall ladder in the water and swim with no arm, shooting practice, planks, sky diving, hanging ropes, nursing, and that's it, soldiers!
