The Pinnacle of Evolution we as humans can hope to Achieve. For, believe it or not, our mission is for humanity to survive. If C'thulhu awakens, he will not murder the Star Spawn, who are his Kin. But if he were to awaken before we could reach this level, death would befall even his Cultists, for they would be but ants to him.

Once he awakens, madness will befall all but his kin.
You won't survive with Mortal Blood, and non-cultist will die within minutes.
After madness has fallen upon those Un-Worthy... Cthulhu will rise again. Ruling over the universe.
