i'd link you a thread i made on the topic, but i'm banned and lost it

- basically, get a photo editing app (i use medibang paint because it's free and it's either that or gimp)

- download the template (https://www.brick-hill.com/images/shop/template.png)

- open the template on your software of choice

- design it

- export it (i usually export it as a transparent .png. you don't have to but it's way easier)

- upload it here https://www.brick-hill.com/shop/create

Also if you want transparency on your shirt, DO NOT simply overlay the image on top of the PNG, but make the parts transparent first.
