UPDATE: Now it doesn't say that i need to run it from the website, but the game just closes after the initial screen and doesn't go back up.

Try disabling game related services like player.me or plays.tv or anything else

Couldn't find any.

exactly that happens to me. it prev. said launch for website now the game doesn't open

BH still doesn't open.

UPDATE: There's another laptop i have and BH opens fine on there.
My desktop PC has the problem opening it.

Try removing brick hill from apps & features. Right click the windows start button and click apps and features and find brick hill there. Then click on it and press Remove

Then redownload the installer from the site and install it.
Not sure if this works since i haven't tested this. And there might be a chance that it doesn't appear in apps and featues

Also now BH doesn't do nothing but just gets stuck at the loading/splash screen. Only task manager can close it.

Do you have any other Windows devices? Try on them. If it works there then i guess its a hardware issue you're dealing with

In a previous reply i said that it works on my laptop.
