I was wondering if the brick hill client was open source/had a way to be remade, im thinking of making my own game client and am wondering if there's a place to start. I've heard that i can just use a GMS2 decompiler, but my subscribtion expired, so I wasthinking if I went into the app data or something, and made a copy of it, would thAt work?
Thanks for the support

its not open but it's easy to decompile or reverse engine the client

Quote from Edge. , 05:23 PM 30/06/2020reverse engineering, you can actually see how the packets work. plus you would need to to how to authenticate to even get any where, unless your going fully local. good luck trying to go through all the scripts in the gm8 tho. lolQuote from Luna Le Tuna , 04:02 PM 30/06/2020Quote from Luna Le Tuna , 04:01 PM 30/06/2020

Also, all the scripts names are more less self-explanatory.
And in node-hill i've been trying to implement some stuff.

Using a decompiler isn't reverse engineering, and the client is proprietary - it's not open source.
Redistributing the client or publishing the source code is illegal.
