Article 13, now Article 17 will be put in a final vote on 26th March 2019, protests will be held all over the european union tommorow, cmon we beat sopa and other threats, so now fight against Article 17! Well yes, but actually no.
Brexit will need to go into effect, but that happens after Article 13, but Article 13 may take up to 2 years to put into action.
