To host a game, you'll need to set up a port, aka port forwarding your game.

To port forward, you'll want to go to your advanced router settings, where you type your default gateway into your browser (you can find it by running ipconfig on command prompt). Find the username for the login info on your irl router and use your wifi password as the password.

Then, you go to "Port Range Forwarding" or "Port Forwarding". This page varies wildly for many different internet service providers, but I'm fluent in port forwarding using a Cisco router.

You'll have to put your IPV4 (again, found by running ipconfig) into the internal IP address/general IP address, and enter port 42480 as the ports you need to run (both start and end on both internal and external), usually found by entering a custom number.

I haven't given enough info to really understand how this works, so hit me up on the Brick Hill Discord (user: Illusionism). I'll try to guide you through it.
