1:Make a account.

2:Wait over an hour (You'll need to have at least a 1 hour old account and a verified email)

3:Go to forums

4:Click a topic

5:Click create

6:make a top and bottom (8 or characters needed in it to be able to post it)

7:Click, "Create Thread."

8:It will be posted.
