Can't install client properly

Since yesterday I've been trying to install the client, but for some odd reason it just gets stuck at the end and another application comes up, called "Brick Hill Updates"; which also seems to freeze. I would post a screenshot, but I don't know if it's permitted. I'm using a windows 10 64-bit system, if it helps.
