I will host your place at a fee of 100 bucks (No tax) because I know how to host games, so you don't have to go through trial and error of hosting and port forwarding and all of that stuff, it will save you loads of time as well.

You may get some popularity as well as I will give you the credit for building, and I get the credit for hosting in the games desc.

100 bucks may seem like a lot, but it is a fair price and is only 1 dollar in retrospect.
