What is the problem you are facing?

Why can't you change it? (is there some sort of error indicating why, etc)

Yeah, we rolled out a patch earlier for the buttons not working on touch devices (We'll investigate further to see if we can resolve it once again)

Can you please tell me if you are having the messaging issue? That was fixed this morning.
