So I had an issue with a user borrowing an item for his outfit, pls don't skip reading half of this

So this new user with NO specials ask me to borrow my Fool's items, I let him to it and he wore it and I tried to send a return trade, but the system wouldn't allow me to get it back without sending 'at least one item'... so I sent him my least valuable special which was Ghastly Scythe and he accepted. I explained in messages about the issue so he tried trading it back to me but it also wouldn't work cause BH's trade system won't allow users with specials to giveaway items without receiving one in return

Now, you might think he was trying to scam me, but he really wasn't. If you look through our messages, I explained how not returning could get him banned when I first sent the trade since he was new. I first said I'll go ask staff for help and then we got into this mess of BH not allowing each other to send back the Scythe, he was worried about getting banned because of that, so don't ban him cause he definitely was't trying to scam me, seemed like a genuine kid with his username and our discussions

I originally posted this on the BH Discord and I may email help@BH about it but we'll see

Before I say my response, I wanna clarify he wasn't trying to scam me but I'm refering to these events when I say this:
On the BHT scam list, many users have stolen items when saying they wanna borrow them. After getting reported, their name is put on there and it always talks about how an 'admin internally investigated the messages and returned the items to their owner'

Well, I don't know why but i think the only way for the person to return the item is for THEM to send the trade with the item not including an item that you have in the trade so this is how it works:

You send a trade that contains brick-luke's fedora and the person ur sending it to doesn't have an item right? the trade was sent and the person accepts and they use the hat for whatever reason from there you don't send a trade to them directly to get it back the CURRENT holder has to send it back to you.

Idk how to explain it but i hope this helps
