Step 1. Go to your file explorer
Step 2. The top bar where it lists the names of the files your on, next to the "Search" bar. Type "%appdata%"
Step 3. Find "Brick Hill" Enter the file, and find "Workshop"
Step 4. Double click on Workshop to open it and make a game!
Step 2 Help: if you open up the file explorer, let's say you click on your "Quick Access" It has a blue star icon. If you look up you on the file explorer tab you can see "File" "Home" "View" etc. Under all of those Is the File's icon, for example, the Quick Access star icon, you can see to the right of it a tab where it shows "Quick Access" (And this is if your on the Quick Access file" You click on that, delete the text, and write "%appdata%" or an alternative way is by going to your taskbar and going to the search on your Cortana or taskbar, and type "%appdata%" All of this is done in Windows 10.
