Well, there are good and bad sides to that.

The pros are that you can erase any embarrassing spelling errors, or just attempt to halt an argument that started out ofnowhere in the middle of one of your threads.

The cons are that if you post something that breaks the rules or puts down another user, you can get away with it without being held responsible for your actions if you delete it before a moderator notices.

I understand why you’d want this, but it’s a situation like Twitter in a sense that I personally think that aspect should just stay as it is. I think there should be an edit feature, but it’s only available for 5 minutes after making a post.

I don't really think they should add one for the same reason, but maybe they could add a logs page for admins to check deleted/edited threads.

They could make it so deleted posts go into a “deleted assists/posts” bin so moderaters can review them later. The deleted posts will still be in brick-hills database
