now that i think of it, you could get a virtual machine on your mac and simulate windows, from what i know i think you might have to but virtual machine, btw its not a device its a application

pretty sure dragonian recomended using wine. it basically converts windows apps to macOS and others

will get you unfavorable results that may be really spazzy but will probably run and its your best bet
