didn't think I'd return to here but oh well
situation is:
- main account is Lollipop (https://www.brick-hill.com/user/27898)
- lost my phone that had my BH 2FA google auth app (and recovery codes)
- got a new phone but ended up losing access as a result
who should I contact to fix this and ?
i can try to provide proof that I actually do own the account (if the bio isn't proof enough) through discord if needed
tl;dr: i remember my old acc's password but lost phone with 2fa codes, quit for a few years and i want to return

they posted about helping people who lost 2fa codes in the discord a while back, submit a ticket in support channel with all the proof you have
