>Bootstrap · The most popular HTML, CSS, and JS library in the world.
LOL just learn basic HTML/CSS/JS, no need for some fancy bloat library that does 99% of the work

If you hate having all of the work done for you, then why not use binary? Assembly is for wimps, right? A certain level of abstraction is necessary for the vast majority of projects. I like using basic HTML/CSS and vanilla JS, but I'm also not an enterprise developer. It'd get very annoying very fast if I had to build a large web app completely from scratch. Development would be slow and the end product would be sub-par.
