hello, can someone please tell me how to make blocks to have no collisions?? OR if you can, how do you make blocks transparent???

There is a setting that allow transparent from 1 to 255 when selected at the right side

alright i know this is an old thread but i can help
i assume you're using the current workshop. to make bricks transparent, click on a brick, and then look to the right to see a menu. click the number "255" beside Transparency to set how clear a brick is. For glass, I like to use the number 150.
for an easy no collision brick, set the width of a brick to 0 with the custom brick size editor on the same menu, right beside "Size". The first two numbers are for length and width, the last one is for height.
